Every nut knows its
tree.
Farm to table is not a slogan — it is a chain of custody. Every kernel we export carries an unbroken record, from the exact tree it grew on in Mpumalanga to the jar in your hand. Enter a batch code from your pack and trace it back to the soil.
Tree to table, step by step
A single grafted tree
Every nut starts on one identified tree. We log its cultivar, planting year and exact location the day it goes in the ground.
Grown in the lowveld
That tree sits in a mapped block on our own land. We control the soil, the water and the spray record — no leased rows, no mixed lots.
Gathered at full drop
Nuts are collected only once they fall — the sign of full ripeness. Each pick is logged against its block and date as a harvest lot.
Dried within hours
Dehusked on-farm the same day, then slow-dried to lock in flavour and shelf life. The lot never leaves our control.
Cracked & hand-sorted
Shells are cracked and kernels graded by hand to international styles. Whole, premium kernels are kept as one traceable grade.
Sealed under one code
The finished jar carries a single batch code — the one you just traced. Scan it, and the whole chain above answers back.
